I think she only half believed me anyway. She asked if the demons were actual-from-Hell demons or members of an acting troupe like me.

What if it scares her? She's my best friend, Lucifer, and she's about to find out that you're the Devil. You saw what I did, how stupid I was. What if she never talks to us again?

That's the risk I take every time I want someone to know who I really am. Every time I want them to accept everything about me.
